History

Alcornordeman S.A. is well-consolidated in the market. The company was founded in 1943 as a manufacturer of detergents, general cleaning products and soaps under the name of Jabones Casado.

A major strategic overhaul took place in 1973, when our star product Detersolin Automaticas was designed. This liquid detergent came onto the market at a time when customer preferences leaned heavily towards powdered detergents.

It was a seminal moment as the company proved itself ahead of both the times and customer preferences, bringing practicality and convenience to the world of domestic detergents.

The Nordeman company, which specialised in manufacturing products for the treatment and maintenance of surfaces, was acquired in 1997.

This fusion strengthened the industrial division, not only increasing the number of articles and our customer base, but also leading to the creation of a full range of high-quality products to supplement the existing kitchen and laundry lines.

Finally, in 2009, Casado Nordeman acquired the Alcor Química company, located in Elche (Alicante), complementing the existing kitchen and laundry lines with the range of swimming pool products and concentrates with products, like Biopool 5 actions or Biecolimp Integral System, that the company specialised in.
